It was wonderful. Really.
I think your best writing, I love it when you confide in us.

Yes, it was wonderful. It took a long time for me too, to want Jesus. And I too, am trying to teach my children while I am learning myself. It isn't always easy, trying to teach what you don't for sure know yet. We teach each other. It had taken me so long to "get" what Jesus did for me, and for you, and for everyone who needs him, but when I finally "got" it! O my gosh! What a life change it was!
You Are Good. I love your words, and where you are right now to write them. xo

I got tearful reading your prose poem, Alexis. Your efforts for your Family will reap more happiness than you can imagine. (Though sometimes, the dirty laundry and the sleeplessness may obscure this fact.) You have an open and sharing Heart.

You are a beautiful person to know, but more important...you are a beautiful mom. Your children are blessed.

Loved your honesty and your way with words. Being a mother makes you so vulnerable---At least I think so. And then having all the baggage that we bring to the table can really mess with our heads and thus our being who we really are in Christ.
Beautiful post.

I'm glad you had more fun than you knew what to do with! Lovely phrase. You certainly have a lot to be thankful for.
